Cyber-Marine.com wants to ensure that all our customers' needs are being met, and will help in getting answers from the manufacturer / distributor to your questions concerning a transaction. Please double check your order before placing it. Some manufactures / distributor charge a 15% restocking fee on returned goods and Cyber-Marine.com will have to pass this charge on to you. All sales not received back within 15 days are final. All returns will be charged a $ 10.00 fee to cover additional handling expenses. Returns must be sent return receipt or with a tracking number so that you can evidence the return was actually received, in case of a dispute. Returns must also follow our return instructions which we will send you via email. Returns that do not follow proper return instructions, or where packages are simply delivery refused (without our prior written agreement) will be charged an extra $ 10.00 return charge due to increased return processing costs and packages being returned to the wrong return processing address. Cyber-Marine.com accepts government and business purchase orders. All purchase orders are payable within 30 days of the date we ship the completion of the order. Balances carried beyond 30 days are subject to interest at 1.5 percent per month from the shipping date. Invoices on purchase orders are delivered via email at the time of purchase and it is the responibility of the purchasing party to submit this to accounts payable for processing. If you receive an order that is defective we will replace the unit with a new one if it is defective out of the box, or if some time has elapsed but it is still covered by warranty, we will repair or replace the unit at our option. Cyber-Marine.com does not pay return shipping charges for either defective or return goods. If you want more information including specific terms on a particular order, please e-mail us (see below). None of this should be a problem, of course. Order what you need and that is what you will receive!
SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING RETURNS & DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Returns must be sent back to supplier return receipt or with a tracking number so that you can evidence the return was actually received, in case of a dispute. RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED TO YOU. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST EITHER BE MADE VIA THE "HELP DESK" OR VIA THE RETURN REQUEST INTERFACE WHICH IS AVAILABLE ONCE YOU HAVE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT, VIEWED YOUR ORDER AND REQUESTED A RETURN. Please keep all packing material, documentation, etc. in the event your equipment does have to be returned. Customer must pack defective items being exchanged for new items completely and as if they were new and in working condition. Cyber-Marine.com does not pay return shipping on returns, including returns due to defects. This is because we cannot control all our manufacturer's quality control processes and we do not build into our pricing a higher margin, and higher up front cost to you, to cover refunding defective return shipping. If you feel you are owed a credit due to shipping on a defective item please contact the manufacturer directly. If you wish terms other than the aforementioned you must contact us prior to purchase and for an extra fee we may make other arrangements in writing with you. Delivery Issues
We do our best to deliver on time. In most cases you will hear from us if we can't ship your order in 24-48 hours. Your order will be sent to you via UPS in most cases unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charges are approximated since it is impossible
for Cyber-Marine.com to accurately know exactly what each
manufacturer / distributor is going to calculate and charge for shipping.
Most of the time shipping will be slightly less than calculated
here, except with paints and other hazardous materials, where
UPS requires an extra charge.
SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING TIME CRITICAL DELIVERIES:
Selecting UPS Next Day Air, or any given service level, does NOT guarantee your package will ship the same day. If you need your package shipped same day or delivered by a date certain then put this in the comments section of the check out process AND call to confirm that same day shipping can be done. Do not leave a voice message - you must speak to someone! If you phone your order in make sure the phone sales rep. confirms same day shipping for you AND puts it in the comments section for you. Marine.com will NOT refund shipping charges to customers who do not comply with the aforementioned simple requests.
Cyber-Marine.com does not make money on padding shipping
charges. Nor given our thin margins can we afford to lose money
on shipping. You will be billed exact shipping charges. This means that after we get back an invoice from our distributors, who fill orders for us, and have time to audit actual shipping charges vs. what we billed, if we find you were under charged for shipping, we reserve the right to bill your card the difference.
If you wish to know exact shipping charges prior to our shipping the product to you
and billing your credit card, please put a note in the "special instructions" section on the
customer information page. We will then inform you as to exact charges, then wait to hear from you before we ship and bill the order. Your credit card will be charged when we place your order for fulfillment with our distributors or manufacturers. Otherwise, as stated above, your card will be charged an estimated shipping amount and the actual charge, if higher, upon audit of approximated shipping charges vs. what we were actually billed by UPS or Federal Express
On international orders, the customer, and not Cyber-Marine.com, is responsible for any duty, VAT or other non-shipping charges incurred in the destination country. To the extent that you the customer accept an international shipment from us and decline to pay VAT and / or Duty and the carrier in turn bills us or our distributor, you will be charged via your original terms of payment e.g., if you paid with a credit card, you would be charged an additional amount equal to the duty and / or VAT we paid the carrier on your behalf.
Please keep all packing material, documentation, etc. in the event your equipment does have to be returned. Customer must pack defective items being returned completely, as if they were new and in working condition.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Cyber-Marine.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
